About the Company

Cabinet de conseil et d’ingénierie spécialisé dans les métiers du Système d’Information et de l’Industrie, créé en janvier 2017 à Nantes, Capten propose 3 offres afin d'accompagner au mieux nos clients et nos collaborateurs : du conseil en assistance technique avec Capten Consulting, du conseil premium avec Capten Executive ainsi qu'une offre forfaitaire avec Capten Engineering.

Nous fondons notre développement sur une proximité forte avec nos clients et collaborateurs, nous avons fait d'ailleurs le choix d'installer nos bureaux dans une maison ancienne, afin de véhiculer un esprit familial.

Les collaborateurs Capten sont des experts recrutés sur profil et non pour une mission pré-définie, sur des métiers dits fonctionnels :

-product owner, chef de projet SI, business analyst, recetteur/testeur, scrum master côté SI

-consultant en conception mécanique, PMO/chef de projet industriel, ingénieur logiciel embarqué, ingénieur qualité/amélioration continue côté Industrie.

Au-delà des processus d’intégration et de formation, ils peuvent compter au quotidien sur une réelle proximité managériale pour les accompagner (maximum 15 collaborateurs par manager) et les rendre véritablement acteurs de leur carrière. Une proximité géographique leur est également proposée, avec des missions sur la région Nantaise.
