**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive early-stage sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing small deals for an authentication SaaS platform. Partner with Account Executives and BDRs to generate a steady pipeline, manage end-to-end lead lifecycle, and refine outreach processes. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly prospecting and revenue targets. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads in assigned verticals/territories. - Close small deals independently while collaborating on larger opportunities. - Continuously optimize prospecting tactics and sales workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify target companies and key contacts within chosen verticals. - Execute cold calling, email, and multi‑channel outreach campaigns. - Qualify leads using predefined criteria and articulate the product value proposition. - Close deals up to the defined deal size independently. - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM. - Collaborate with Account Executives and other BDRs on prospecting and hand‑off processes. - Analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements. **Required Skills:** - Strong prospecting, cold‑call, and cold‑email skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English or German. - Ability to build rapport with C‑level and technical decision‑makers. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and resilient under pressure. - Team‑player who can work cross‑functionally. - Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of CRM and prospecting platforms is a plus.
