Director – Global Government Advisory
**Role Summary**
Second-in-command of the Global Government Advisory Practice responsible for strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence. Works closely with the Head to set strategic direction, lead high-impact digital policy projects, expand the global footprint, and ensure client delivery quality while managing a diverse, cross‑regional team.
**Expectations**
- Execute the practice’s strategic and go‑to‑market agenda.
- Drive new business acquisition with governments, donors, and multilateral institutions.
- Build senior relationships and represent the firm at international forums.
- Oversee project delivery, bid quality, and financial performance.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing, collaborative practice team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co‑develop and implement strategic plan and market positioning.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with global priorities.
- Shape scalable offerings around emerging technologies (AI, fintech, etc.).
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Represent the practice at conferences, forums, and media engagements.
- Oversee proposal development, bid management, and pricing consistency.
- Monitor delivery standards, client satisfaction, and performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and support growth of a diverse, multi‑regional team.
- Manage practice financials: forecasting, resource allocation, profitability.
- Collaborate with other practices to design integrated solutions for complex policy challenges.
