**Job Title** Marketing Specialist **Role Summary** Contracted for a 6‑month assignment to accelerate demand generation and launch a priority services offering for a B2B field‑service client. The specialist will design and execute integrated digital and field campaigns, lead a launch event, equip partners with enablement assets, and translate market insights into actionable strategies to support commercialization of modernization, sustainability, digital, and lifecycle services. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable lift in engagement and pipeline for two priority services portfolios. - Provide customer‑validated value propositions and launch messaging. - Create playbooks, toolkits, and partner enablement materials for sustained use beyond the contract. - Influence 2026 services go‑to‑market planning through insight‑driven recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute targeted, integrated B2B marketing campaigns (digital and field) to accelerate demand and pipeline. 2. Identify quick‑win opportunities and provide clear reporting on campaign performance and lessons learned. 3. Lead the marketing activation for a key service launch, including design and management of a customer‑facing launch event that drives early engagement. 4. Align internal stakeholders across business, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent messaging. 5. Equip partners and channel teams with customer‑ready materials, support training sessions and webinars to boost confidence and conversion. 6. Conduct rapid market, competitor, and customer insights synthesis; recommend priority differentiation and growth opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven digital marketing campaign experience in a B2B setting. - Strong event execution and launch management skills. - Knowledge of marketing for field‑service or plant‑management environments. - Ability to design integrated campaigns and produce data‑driven performance reports. - Excellent stakeholder alignment and communication across cross‑functional teams. - Partner enablement: creation of materials, training, and webinar facilitation. - Analytical mindset for rapid market and competitor insights synthesis. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (verified through background check). - Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) are an advantage but not mandatory.
