Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Drive the product strategy and execution for card issuing, banking services, and program tooling on a fintech infrastructure platform. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, aligning with market needs and engineering delivery while ensuring customer success and product excellence.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of product management, preferably in fintech or payment processing.
- Proven leadership in scaling product initiatives and delivering high‑quality financial services.
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, payment rails, card networks, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to set customer‑centric metrics and measure impact through activation, NPS, time‑to‑launch, and adoption.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across engineering, design, compliance, and executive teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define strategic vision and roadmap for card issuing, banking, and program tooling across 3‑12 month horizons.
- Champion customer success by gathering feedback, improving usability, and ensuring reliability of card workflows and payment processing.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, high‑quality experiences that reduce time‑to‑market.
- Coordinate cross‑functional scoping, task management, prioritization, and post‑launch follow‑up with compliance, operations, and support.
- Drive innovation to shorten go‑live cycles through automated compliance, streamlined issuing processes, and advanced payment capabilities.
- Own success metrics, balancing qualitative insights with quantitative KPIs such as activation rate, NPS, time‑to‑launch, and platform adoption.
- Represent the product publicly as a thought leader, engaging with industry events and partnerships.
