Job Title: Blockchain and Crypto Co‑Founder / Chief Commercial Officer (Remote) Role Summary: Lead the founding, scaling, and commercial success of a blockchain/crypto startup. Own end‑to‑end product development, market strategy, and fundraising while building a high‑performance team. Expectations: - Accept full responsibility for launching and growing a company to €100M+ revenue and aiming for €1B+ valuation. - Demonstrate proven entrepreneurial ambition and resilience. - Deliver a comprehensive growth plan and secure multi‑million‑euro funding within 12 months. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute product roadmap from concept to product‑market fit. - Build and lead a cross‑functionally skilled team (engineering, marketing, sales). - Develop and implement go‑to‑market, sales, and marketing strategies. - Lead fundraising efforts, prepare investor decks, and secure capital rounds. - Measure performance metrics, iterate on strategy, and report progress to stakeholders. - Mentor and collaborate with industry peers for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems. - Entrepreneurial experience building or scaling a startup. - Strong business development and commercial acumen. - Excellent English communication (written & spoken). - Leadership, decision‑making, and strategic planning capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or industry certifications preferred but not mandatory.
