Vice President of Product Management
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle of the electrical equipment portfolio, ensuring innovation, market penetration, and profitability. Serve as a visionary executive overseeing product vision, team leadership, R&D, and market analysis within a mission‑critical power generation and distribution context.
**Expactations**
- Deliver long‑term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enclosure and packaging solutions.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing Product Management and R&D team.
- Own business cases, pricing strategy, and profitability levers for the portfolio.
- Foster a culture of safety, customer centricity, innovation, and resilience.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Leadership** – Define product strategy, align with corporate goals, and champion cross‑functional initiatives.
2. **Team Building** – Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; set performance standards and encourage collaboration.
3. **Product Management** – Conduct market/competitive analysis, translate insights into PRDs, and oversee product launch and lifecycle.
4. **R&D Direction** – Lead next‑generation technology research, maintain IP portfolio, and enforce engineering standards (UL, CE, ISO).
5. **Financial Stewardship** – Build and manage budgets, optimize cost structures, and monitor product profitability.
6. **Stakeholder Engagement** – Liaise with central operations, customers, and regulatory bodies; maintain transparency and customer relationships.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in product leadership within backup power generation, electrical distribution, or metal fabrication.
