**Job Title** Investment Advisor (CGP) **Role Summary** Provide tailored wealth‑management advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, designing and implementing diversified investment portfolios that align with clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance. **Expectations** - Achieve substantial client acquisition and growth. - Deliver innovative, performance‑oriented solutions across multiple asset classes. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities** - Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk profiles. - Design and recommend comprehensive investment strategies (real estate, insurance‑life, private equity, private debt, art, etc.). - Present and explain portfolio plans to clients, emphasizing benefits and risks. - Manage ongoing portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews and rebalancing. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting. - Maintain accurate and compliant client records. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven sales ability and a goal‑driven mindset. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (BAC+4) to Master’s (BAC+5) degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CIIA, CFA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
