Job Description
**Job Title** Strategic Transformation Lead **Role Summary** Lead the design and execution of a multi‑country transition from a generalist to a specialised operating model across EMEA. Act as the singular point of truth, combining architecture, analysis, programme management and stakeholder diplomacy to deliver a clear, business‑supported target operating model. Deliver on a 3‑month rolling contract with the option for permanent engagement. **Expectations** - Complete the full transformation lifecycle within the contract period. - Build and defend a one‑page business case and transition plan for senior leadership. - Secure and sustain stakeholder alignment across multiple countries. - Demonstrate servant‑leadership, coaching teams and rolling up sleeves as needed. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyse the Current Operating Model (COM) and design the Target Operating Model (TOM) for specialisation. 2. Develop and present a concise business case that quantifies benefits and risks. 3. Create an end‑to‑end transition plan, outlining processes, roles, structures, timelines and resource requirements. 4. Lead workshops and facilitate workshops/meetings to gain consensus and foster engagement. 5. Drive the change programme across EMEA, coordinating with local teams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and quality. 6. Translate complex data and insights into a simple, actionable narrative for senior stakeholders. 7. Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Programme/Project Management combined with Business Analysis, with a proven record of end‑to‑end delivery. - Demonstrated large‑scale, multi‑country transformation experience, ideally within change‑management initiatives. - Servant‑leadership mindset, strong coaching and facilitation abilities. - Analytical acumen: synthesis of data into clear, one‑page stories for senior executives. - Exceptional interpersonal communication; ability to influence without formal authority. - Proven stakeholder management across all organisational levels. - Agile delivery mindset, comfortable working in hybrid environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Operations or a related discipline. - Current Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMI‑PMP, PMI‑CAPM) or equivalent. - Knowledge of CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) is desirable. - Experience in consulting or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
