Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Business Analyst – Data **Role Summary** Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into precise functional specifications for data‑centric solutions. Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, and validation across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal development standards. **Expectations** - Minimum 5–6 years of business analysis experience in data, BI, or semantic web domains. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - Proven ability to facilitate workshops, collect requirements, and adapt to new functional domains. - Agile mindset, capable of operating in delegated Product Owner/Product Manager environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and clarify business needs. - Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, process models, and test plans. - Identify gaps between client needs and existing solutions, propose functional/technical adjustments. - Communicate requirement changes to development teams, ensuring clear understanding. - Lead functional testing (UAT/recette) to validate implementation against business goals. - Produce clear, comprehensive documentation (specs, test plans) for ongoing reference. **Required Skills** - Business/methodology modeling and process mapping. - Workshop facilitation and needs‑assessment. - Data‑related technologies (BI tools, data modeling, semantic web). - Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. - Autonomy, self‑direction, and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. - Preferred: IQBBA certification; certifications in data tools/languages. - Knowledge of cybersecurity or industrial sectors is advantageous.
