**Job Title**
Infor ERP Consultant (CloudSuite HCM / GHR / HR Modules)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end implementations, configuration, and custom development of Infor CloudSuite HCM, including GHR, Performance, and related HR modules. Drive integration, data migration, testing, user training, and post‑production support while collaborating with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑based HCM solutions.
**Expectations**
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor ERP (CloudSuite, preferably CloudSuite HCM).
* Proven developer background with functional expertise in HR modules.
* Strong SQL/database management skills and experience with Infor ION, IPI, FCU, and Infor OS.
* Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and provide client‑facing support.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of CloudSuite HCM (GHR, Performance, Goals, Time & Absence, Time Entry, Benefits, Safety, Occupational Health, Talent Acquisition, Transition Management, Learning & Development, Succession, Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Leave & Absence, Payroll, Hiring).
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and optimize ERP/HCM workflows.
3. Design and execute integration solutions using Infor ION, IPI, FCU, and related components.
4. Develop hard‑core technical solutions with deep functional understanding of HCM processes.
5. Perform data migration, test planning, troubleshooting, and post‑production support.
6. Deliver user training, create documentation, and propose system enhancements.
7. Partner with cross‑functional teams for CloudSuite upgrades (e.g., CloudSuite 11) and rollouts.
**Required Skills**
* Infor CloudSuite HCM functional and development expertise.
* Proficiency in SQL and database administration.
* Experience with Infor ION, IPI, FCU, and Infor OS integration patterns.
* Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills.
* Problem‑solving ability in cloud‑based ERP implementations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Information Systems, or related field.
* Certified Infor CloudSuite HCM (or equivalent) and/or SQL/database certification preferred.
