**Job Title** Growth Analyst, Product & Strategy **Role Summary** A highly quantitative analyst responsible for uncovering data‑driven insights to drive growth of eCommerce products. Works closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, shape business intelligence tools, and inform strategic initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable growth opportunities through rigorous data analysis. - Define and monitor key performance metrics for partners and internal stakeholders. - Become a subject‑matter expert on mobile and e‑commerce advertising products and industry trends. - Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Apply curiosity‑based problem solving to uncover insights and execute top growth opportunities. 2. Help shape and develop the company’s business intelligence products and tools. 3. Define and analyze key metrics to drive partner success. 4. Monitor daily performance, detect anomalies and recommend actions. 5. Serve as the product expert on mobile & e‑commerce advertising suite. 6. Stay current on industry trends; collaborate with engineering to develop and test innovative features. 7. Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for new features, products and partnerships. 8. Lead client initiatives, creating learning agendas that improve business outcomes. 9. Communicate complex research results in clear, actionable terms. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (statistics, engineering, computer science, etc.). - Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas) and advanced Excel. - Strong understanding of data structures and large data set handling. - Experience scoping and executing analytical projects end‑to‑end in an online environment. - Ability to apply statistical methodologies to real‑world problems. - Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences. - Strong prioritization and project management, handling competing demands. - Team‑player mindset with initiative, creativity, and drive. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (statistics, engineering, computer science, etc.). - No mandatory certifications required.
