**Job Title:** Corporate Paralegal **Role Summary** Provide hands-on paralegal support in corporate law, focusing on transactions, legal documentation, and compliance. Opportunity for progression to a training contract. **Expectations** - Ambitious candidate seeking long-term corporate law career. - Strong attention to detail and legal drafting proficiency. - Organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft, review, and amend corporate legal documents (NDAs, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements). - Conduct due diligence, including company records review and report preparation. - Perform legal research on company law, structures, and compliance. - Prepare and maintain Companies House filings (incorporations, directors/share changes). - Support transaction management, document execution, and post-completion documentation. - Maintain case/transaction files with compliance to GDPR and internal standards. - Assist fee earners with client engagement documents, billing, and file management. - Contribute to business development (articles, pitches, client relationship support). **Required Skills** - Legal drafting and critical document review. - Corporate law knowledge (transactions, governance, compliance). - Strong communication for client and stakeholder liaison. - Organization for multi-tasking and deadline adherence. **Required Education & Certifications** - Law degree (e.g., LPC, SQE, or equivalent) completed or in progress.
