Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support Calrom’s Project Delivery team by translating business needs into functional solutions for the travel industry. Act as a conduit between stakeholders, product developers, and operations to ensure timely, high‑quality SaaS releases that meet airline and tour‑operator requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate requirements and solution designs that align with business goals. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project leads to keep initiatives on schedule. - Apply proven frameworks and standardized processes to streamline product development. - Continuously evaluate and improve delivery practices to enhance efficiency and quality. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit inputs from airlines, travel partners, and internal teams. - Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to resolve scope, schedule, and resource constraints. - Conduct gap analyses between current capabilities and client needs. - Support testing, validation, and roll‑out of new features and releases. - Monitor project progress, report status, and highlight risks to stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Familiarity with SaaS delivery in the aviation or travel sector (preferred). - Experience with requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or equivalent project delivery frameworks. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑BCS, or Agile Practitioner preferred but not mandatory.
