Job title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role Summary: Generate and qualify B2B sales leads for a SaaS HR solution provider, engage HR decision‑makers and executives via multiple channels, deliver initial product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers while continuously improving sales processes. Expactations: Target short‑term progression to an Account Executive role within 12 months; focus on measurable results, proactive learning, and active contribution to sales strategy improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities through B2B prospecting. - Initiate contact with HR decision‑makers and company leaders using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools. - Understand prospect pain points and present tailored product demonstrations. - Work closely with the sales team to move qualified leads into the closing pipeline. - Contribute to the refinement of sales tools, messaging, and pitch decks. Required Skills: - Demonstrated prospecting experience (internship, apprenticeship, or entry‑level role in SaaS or related field). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Comfortable initiating and sustaining client conversations. - Results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets. - Quick learner with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude. - Familiarity with outbound sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo, Humanlinker) is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred; not mandatory.
