Job Description

Job title: Occupational Therapist (M/F) Role Summary: Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in a modern medical clinic, evaluating functional abilities, designing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance patient autonomy and recovery. Expactations: Deliver evidence-based, multidisciplinary care with focused collaboration; maintain up-to-date professional knowledge; demonstrate empathy, communication, and organizational skills; contribute to continuous improvement of rehabilitation practices. Key Responsibilities: - Assess functional capacity and identify therapeutic needs of patients. - Develop and implement individualized therapeutic activities and interventions. - Use specialized equipment and techniques to optimize treatment outcomes. - Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other health professionals. - Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes. - Participate in continuous quality improvement and adoption of latest ergonomic and rehabilitation practices.
