Job Description
Job title: Client Success Relationship Manager Role Summary: Manage a high‑value B2B SaaS client portfolio to maintain a 92%+ retention rate. Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive service enhancements across the Agility Suite. Deliver custom media monitoring and reporting while identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure data integrity and client satisfaction. Expectations: • Sustain or improve client retention above 92%. • Act as client advocate within the organization, driving solutions and advocacy. • Operate efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. • Communicate effectively across time zones and cultures. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and set up client media monitoring accounts, ensuring data quality and relevance. - Serve as the main point of contact via email and phone, providing consultative support. - Monitor client deliverables daily, judge content relevance, and maintain account integrity. - Identify and propose upsell opportunities through content mining aligned with client needs. - Mentor and train analysts (local and overseas) on platform use and deliverables. - Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and other teams to resolve client issues and improve product features. - Produce analysis reports, special requests, and ad‑hoc tasks per client deadlines. - Maintain a high standard of service, responsiveness, and customer advocacy. Required Skills: - 3–5 years B2B SaaS customer success or managed services experience. - Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. - Excellent oral and written communication in English; cross‑functional collaboration. - Proficiency with multiple software platforms; quick to adopt upgrades. - Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on retention, expansion, and advocacy. - Analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and data‑driven decision making. - Comfortable working early days (6 AM or earlier) to support global clients. - Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); media monitoring or data analysis background is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (preferred). - No specific industry certifications required, but relevant SaaS or customer success credentials are a plus.
