Job Description
**Job Title**: Commercial / Business Developer **Role Summary**: Drive revenue growth by expanding the client portfolio for a digital loyalty and customer engagement solution provider. Execute sales strategies, manage CRM, conduct market analysis, and nurture client relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction. **Expectations**: - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data. - Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects and existing clients. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and follow a detailed commercial action plan. - Update and enrich CRM records in line with established guidelines. - Perform competitive intelligence to benchmark strengths and weaknesses. - Identify prospects, gather requirements, and propose tailored commercial offers. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions within the approved framework. - Present product offerings, address objections, and close deals. - Organize and drive pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations. - Conduct regular client visits, communications, and follow‑ups. - Measure client satisfaction and relay insights to the client‑relations team. - Prepare and deliver performance reports and KPI dashboards to clients. - Contact inbound inquiries from the company website. **Required Skills**: - Proven sales experience (short‑ and long‑cycle techniques). - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms. - Analytical mindset for competitive and market analysis. - Excellent communication, presentation, and objection‑handling abilities. - Self‑driven, resilient, organized, and detail‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years in a commercial sales role. - Relevant sales or negotiation certifications are advantageous.
