Job title: Global Process Excellence Lead – Planning, Customer Service & Logistics & Inventory Role Summary: Lead global process optimization initiatives across planning, customer service, logistics, and inventory functions. Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and governance of process excellence throughout the organization. Expactations: - Deliver measurable efficiency gains and KPI improvements. - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and change‑management programs. - Partner with regional PEX teams, IT, and functional managers to design and implement process standards and digital solutions. Required Skills: - 8+ years of global process optimization experience in planning, customer service, logistics, or inventory. - Proven facilitation of large workshops and use of structured process frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma). - Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographical regions. - Knowledge of ERP systems, AI, and automation solutions. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). Manages quality complaints, audits, root‑cause analysis, and vendor performance while coaching staff and maintaining documentation. Expectations: - Resolve quality complaints and discrepancies promptly. - Conduct internal audits, inspections, and nonconformance actions. - Develop and enforce quality control processes and specifications. - Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective action implementation. - Mentor and train employees on quality systems and regulatory requirements. - Engage suppliers on quality standards and monitor compliance. - Drive cost‑efficient decisions that uphold product quality. - Maintain accurate QA documentation and support policy development.
