Job Title: Software Engineer – Backend Engineering (AI Security Agent)
Role Summary:
Build, architect, and scale AI‑driven backend systems that enable autonomous cybersecurity agents to locate, exploit, and remediate web vulnerabilities at scale. Work with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), Python, APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes to deliver high‑performance, resilient services for real‑time AI model integration and operation.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end features from concept to production.
- Deliver clean, maintainable code with rigorous testing.
- Collaborate rapidly with cross‑functional teams (product, data science, operations).
- Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Act as a technical mentor and contribute to engineering culture and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend architecture (Python, APIs, PostgreSQL).
- Integrate and deploy large language models and AI agents using LangChain/LangGraph or custom frameworks.
- Orchestrate prompt flows, reasoning, and memory components for reliable agent behavior.
- Ensure secure, efficient data pipelines and API layer that meet throughput and latency goals.
- Diagnose and eliminate system bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues.
- Work closely with DevOps to containerize, orchestrate, and monitor services via Docker/Kubernetes.
- Provide hands‑on support for continuous training, evaluation, and versioning of AI models in production.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (core language, asynchronous patterns, testing frameworks).
- Deep experience with modern LLM libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL), authentication, and rate limiting.
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, transactions).
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
- (Optional) Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are a plus.
