**Job Title**
Product Owner – Digital Tool for Decarbonisation of Agricultural Sectors (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of a digital platform that monitors and supports low‑carbon agricultural projects. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, define product requirements, and ensure alignment with carbon, agricultural, and regulatory objectives.
**Expectations**
- Manage the full product lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Deliver a platform capable of tracking base‑carbon initiatives, calculating emission factors, centralising project monitoring, and reporting Scope 3 data.
- Expand the platform to incorporate additional sectors (forest, industrial) and new indicators over time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Functional Scoping**
- Gather user requirements from project teams, advisors, agronomists, cooperatives, and financiers.
- Write functional specifications (user stories, workflows, interfaces, dashboards).
- Prioritise features against the Oklima roadmap and produce a brief for IT vendors.
- **Agile Product Development**
- Collaborate with developers and domain experts; facilitate user workshops.
- Maintain product alignment with carbon, agronomic, and regulatory targets.
- Document decisions and ensure traceability.
- Oversee testing, integration, and user training phases.
- **Compliance & Monitoring**
- Ensure the tool conforms to carbon reference standards (Label Bas Carbone, GHG Protocol).
- Stay current on methodological, practice, and regulatory changes.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new modules (forest monitoring, biodiversity indicators).
- Collect and act on internal and external user feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Tool Governance**
- Serve as the focal point for the digital tool supporting all Label Bas Carbone projects.
- Monitor ongoing development and maintenance needs.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication with technical experts (agronomists, developers, certifiers).
- Proven initiative, adaptability, autonomy, and rigor.
- Comfortable in an interdisciplinary, agile, start‑up‑style environment.
- Bonus: programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Master’s degree (BAC +5) in agronomy, agriculture, engineering, or computer science; or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in digital product management or as a Product Owner.
