**Job Title:** Strategic Account Lead **Role Summary:** Spearheads strategy–driven client engagements for mid‑to‑high profile accounts, translating business objectives into actionable creative briefs and measurable outcomes. Acts as primary advisor to C-level stakeholders, harnessing data, AI tools, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure every deliverable aligns with the client’s brand strategy and KPI targets. **Expectations:** - Deliver strategic frameworks that guide creative execution and drive business impact. - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and present actionable insights to leadership. - Lead client relationships, internal syncs, and quality control across all project phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate complex client briefs into clear strategic roadmaps and creative briefs. - Conduct market, competitor, and audience research; synthesize insights into creative directions. - Define KPIs, track performance, and present ROI findings to CMO and client teams. - Leverage proprietary AI tools to accelerate research and deepen insight generation. - Serve as the main point of contact for client meetings, weekly syncs, and quarterly business reviews. - Proactively identify and propose expansion opportunities within current accounts. - Brief and collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment. - Perform strategic quality review of all creative outputs to ensure they meet KPI objectives. - Coordinate between client vision and internal execution, translating high‑level goals into measurable milestones. - Maintain project schedules and deliverables using tools such as Monday.com and Productive. **Required Skills:** - 4–6 years in strategy, brand planning, or client‑facing roles within creative or tech agencies. - Strong analytical mindset coupled with creative intuition; ability to interpret spreadsheets and mood boards. - Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities; comfortable addressing C-level audiences. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Productive). - Experience with KPI definition, data analysis, and ROI communication. - Familiarity with AI–powered research platforms and data‑driven strategy formulation. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments; adaptive to shifting priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Advanced coursework or certifications in data analytics, marketing strategy, or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
