Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst Intern – Control Management **Role Summary:** A 4–6 month internship focused on enhancing financial and operational KPIs through data analysis and dashboard development. The intern will support the optimization of statistical reporting and deliver actionable insights to clients using Excel and a dedicated data‑visualization tool. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely KPI reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and refine metrics. - Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and improve existing KPI sets using company analytics software. - Design, build, and maintain interactive Excel dashboards (advanced functions: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.). - Create data‑visualization outputs that communicate trends and performance to clients. - Support data‑cleaning, validation, and documentation processes. - Assist in small‑scale project management tasks (planning, progress tracking, reporting). **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, VBA optional). - Strong verbal communication skills in French (written communication expected). - Basic project‑management understanding. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications, though familiarity with data‑analysis or business‑intelligence training is advantageous.
