Job Description
Job Title Stage Assistant – Commercial Asset Management Role Summary Assist commercial team in daily client and prospect interactions, support client data upkeep, coordinate meetings, contribute to promotion activities, and gather market insights. Operate within CRM/Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing, Investment, and Operations departments. Expectations 6‑month internship program beginning in 2026. Full‑time commitment with exposure to various asset‑management functions (client types, hedge‑fund products, market participants). Key Responsibilities • Process first‑level information requests from investors. • Follow up with existing clients and prospective investors. • Support promotion initiatives and marketing collateral. • Maintain and update client database in Salesforce/CRM. • Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales staff. • Collect and analyze market data relevant to investment themes. • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Investment Management, Operations). • Gain comprehensive understanding of institutional and private client segments, hedge‑fund structures, and market infrastructure (custodian, broker, counterparty). Required Skills • Client‑relations mindset and strong communication abilities. • Excellent organization, precision, and time‑management. • Proactive, energetic, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment. • High personal commitment and motivation to grow in asset‑management setting. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Economics, or related field from a university or business school. • Prior internship in finance, preferably in asset‑management or related sector. ---
