Job title: Manager, Client Engagement Role Summary: Lead and oversee end‑to‑end brand transition projects, combining strategic analysis, financial modeling, and project management to deliver actionable recommendations and on‑time, on‑budget execution for senior client stakeholders. Expactations: Deliver measurable business value through rigorous scenario planning, cost estimation, and implementation oversight; build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite leaders; mentor junior team members; drive continuous improvement in project processes and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on scope, strategy, and implementation of brand transition assets (e.g., signage, digital, badges). - Develop multiple transition scenarios balancing cost, time, quality, and impact; present insights to senior leaders. - Create detailed project plans, schedule timelines, resource allocations, and budget tracking; maintain PMI‑aligned documentation. - Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinate partners, and manage stakeholder communication. - Track risks, issues, scope changes, and perform change control; ensure deliverable quality and timely approvals. - Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. - Identify and recommend process improvements, enhance client value, and support organizational initiatives such as EDI and community impact. Required Skills: - Project Management: 3‑5 years experience, including 2+ years as project lead; proficiency with scheduling tools (Project, Smartsheet, Teamwork). - Strategic Consulting: strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities; consultative mindset for internal or professional services. - Communication: excellent written and verbal skills; confident in presenting to senior executives; strong relationship‑building. - Leadership: team management, coaching, performance oversight, hiring support. - Technical: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic Visio; optional language skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Post‑secondary education preferred (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field). - Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
