Job Description: Job Title: Fullstack Software Engineer, New Grad Role Summary: Engineer end‑to‑end AI‑enabled permitting solutions, designing and building scalable front‑end, back‑end, and data services, and collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact product features. Expactations: • Must be a 2025 graduate (bachelor’s or equivalent). • Proven track record of shipping production systems in a fast‑moving or startup environment. • Ability to own features across frontend, backend, and data layers. • Strong focus on speed, reliability, and scalability trade‑offs. • Customer‑first mindset and enthusiasm for AI‑powered construction tools. Key Responsibilities: • Transform manual permitting workflows into AI‑driven software experiences. • Design, implement, and deploy backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. • Develop interactive front‑end components and maintain data consistency. • Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to prioritize features. • Own feature lifecycle from architecture to testing and production release. • Champion engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Required Skills: • Full‑stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Rapid prototyping and iterative development. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automated testing. • Experience integrating AI or ML services into production workflows. • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, graduating in 2025.
