Direct cross‑functional teams, align brand initiatives with business performance, and drive measurable results across digital, retail, B2B, and packaging channels. **Expectations** - Own and articulate a clear, compelling brand vision and positioning. - Execute a 360° brand plan that generates awareness, desirability, and preference. - Deliver high‑impact campaigns, creative assets, and product launches that reflect brand integrity. - Manage budgets, KPIs, and cross‑departmental alignment to achieve business growth. - Foster an agile, collaborative culture that blends marketing, R&D, and operations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Brand & Communications** - Define brand identity, tone, visual style, and storytelling. - Ensure consistency across digital, retail, B2B, packaging, PR, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. - Supervise creation and distribution of photo, video, copy, social, and email content. - Plan and launch high‑impact marketing campaigns. 2. **Product Development & Innovation** - Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and R&D; oversee ideation to launch. - Identify market opportunities and consumer needs aligned with brand mission. - Translate marketing briefs into formulation projects; track consumer testing, industrial trials, and market entry. 3. **Team Leadership & Collaboration** - Lead and grow Marketing & Communication, R&D, and Trade Marketing teams. - Set priorities, structure processes, and enforce an agile, collaborative workflow across all functions. - Coordinate closely with Performance (Acquisition, CRM, e‑shop, Amazon) and Operations (Supply, Logistics, B2B) to align strategy, execution, and results. 4. **Performance Management** - Define and monitor KPIs: brand awareness, traffic, engagement, conversion, and profitability. - Manage the global marketing budget across communication, product development, and influencer spend. - Analyze campaign and launch impacts; continuously optimize marketing levers with data‑driven insights. **Required Skills** - Strategic vision and execution capability in brand management. - Advanced storytelling, 360° communication, and creative oversight. - Deep product culture and understanding of science, active ingredients, and health/nutrition trends. - End‑to‑end product innovation expertise (ideation → go‑to‑market). - Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in performance measurement and data‑driven decision making. - Proven team leadership, positive demeanor, proactive and results‑oriented. - Fluency in English; French advantage but not mandatory. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, or a Scientific field with marketing specialization. - 8–10+ years of senior brand marketing experience, ideally within supplements, nutrition, beauty, or wellness. - Demonstrated record of managing high‑impact product launches and leading marketing teams. - No specific certifications required; advanced training in marketing strategy and product development is a plus.
