**Job title:** Senior Business Analyst
**Role Summary:** Lead business analysis for a Real Assets administration outsourcing programme, defining requirements, mapping end‑to‑end processes, and designing the target operating model to ensure a smooth, governed transition to an outsourced provider.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver detailed business requirements, process maps, and operational designs that align with client and stakeholder needs.
- Act as a central bridge between investment operations, finance, asset managers, technology teams, and external service providers.
- Ensure transition governance, minimise disruption to BAU, and demonstrate measurable improvement in efficiency and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements for all real‑assets processes (investments, administration, finance, reporting).
- Create comprehensive front‑to‑back process maps and identify gaps/inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and validate the target operating model, service delivery architecture, and transition plans.
- Coordinate with technology, QA, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of the outsourced platform.
- Support operational readiness, including data migration, training, and change management activities.
- Monitor and report on transition milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Knowledge of real assets concepts: capital expenditure, leases, valuations, SPVs, property‑level cashflows.
- Experience in asset management, fund administration, or financial services operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent preferred.
