**Job title:** CRM Campaign Manager
**Role Summary:** Manage end‑to‑end CRM marketing campaigns for fixed and mobile subscribers across France, Reunion, and the Caribbean. Drive subscriber growth and retention through targeted upsell, cross‑sell, migration, and in‑store traffic initiatives using email, SMS, RCS, direct mail, and leaflets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize tools and tactics.
**Expactations:** Minimum 2–3 years of direct marketing/CRM experience in e‑commerce, retail, or distribution. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Agile, curious, dynamic, rigorous, responsible, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑style environment. Excellent writing ability, strong analytical skills, ability to adopt a bold brand tone, first exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign). Basic HTML and Photoshop competence preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, RCS, leaflets, and direct mail.
- Draft personalized messages, create briefs for design teams, and manage creative production.
- Segment audiences, set up and monitor A/B tests, and adjust targeting strategies.
- Validate, launch, and oversee operational execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with IT, Customer Experience, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Track campaign KPIs, perform data analysis, and recommend optimization actions.
- Build and maintain automated campaign flows.
- Lead marketing projects, including new product and service launches.
- Review and improve CRM tools and processes.
- Develop the overall CRM communication plan.
- Update paper collateral (leaflets, welcome mailers, sales materials).
- Engage subscribers through contests and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct competitive analysis of CRM best practices and digital trends.
**Required Skills:**
- Campaign design, execution, and multichannel distribution.
- Audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Performance measurement and KPI analysis.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Copywriting and creative briefing.
- Analytical problem‑solving.
- Basic HTML and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent CRM platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Salesforce or Adobe Campaign are advantageous but not mandatory.
