Job title: Senior Consultant SAP EPPM / CPM / Project System (F/H)
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end SAP EPPM, CPM, and Project System implementations for clients in a consulting capacity. Drive requirements definition, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, change management, and training, ensuring alignment with business processes and SAP best practices.
Expectations:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a SAP PS / EPPM / CPM consultant.
• Strong S/4HANA knowledge and eagerness to deepen expertise.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Sales, and Program Management teams.
• Demonstrated analytical, structural, and advisory skills with a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in scoping, design, and documentation workshops for SAP EPPM, CPM, and PS modules.
2. Configure WBS structures, budgeting, planning, forecast, milestone tracking, physical progress, periodic ETC/EAC calculations, profitability analysis, revenue recognition, risk management, and change orders.
3. Support implementation of project, capitalized, and sale‐and‐earn initiatives.
4. Integrate solutions with FI‑CO, SD, MM, Resource Management, and Fiori user functions.
5. Conduct solution building workshops with finance, business managers, buyers, sales, and program directors.
6. Lead deployment activities, change management, and end‑user training sessions.
Required Skills:
• SAP PS, EPPM, and CPM functional expertise.
• S/4HANA SAP configuration and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of finance, controlling, procurement, and sales modules.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, structure solutions, and drive implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Project System or equivalent SAP certification preferred.
