Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end recruiting support for multiple distribution center sites, ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate onboarding documentation. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality candidate engagement in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. - Meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor. - Participate in onsite and virtual interview scheduling, approximately 2 days per month in person.
