**Job Title** Sales Developer – Freelance (H/F) **Role Summary** Independent sales professional reporting directly to the CEO, driving growth of Artemia.ai’s generative‑AI solutions. Responsibilities encompass end‑to‑end B2B prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, and client handover, targeting SMEs, mid‑market enterprises, and public sector clients across services, consulting, real‑estate, industry, and government sectors. **Expectations** - Generate a consistent pipeline with a predefined number of qualified leads per month. - Achieve measurable conversion rates from opportunity to signed contract. - Maintain long‑term relationships with prospects while managing extended sales cycles. - Deliver high‑quality proposals aligned with product and marketing teams. - Operate with full autonomy, making strategic decisions to accelerate adoption of AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and qualify new accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and networks. 2. Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions for diverse digital maturity levels. 3. Draft, present, and negotiate compelling commercial proposals. 4. Collaborate with production/internal teams to ensure seamless handover post‑signing. 5. Track and report on performance indicators: appointments booked, leads qualified, conversion rate, and revenue targets. 6. Represent Artemia.ai at industry events and partner meetings within the Paris/Île‑de‑France area. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years B2B SaaS/technology sales experience. - Proven multichannel prospecting proficiency (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, events). - Strong analytical ability to translate client needs into value propositions. - Excellent written & oral communication; fluent in French and English. - Entrepreneurial mindset with high self‑directiveness and resilience. - Passion for AI, digital transformation, and emerging tech. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) preferred but not mandatory.
