Job Description: **Job Title** Financial Accountant – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract **Role Summary** Responsible for producing monthly management accounts, quarterly and annual statutory accounts, and maintaining the fixed‑asset register for a UK subsidiary. Supports the ERP implementation project through data cleaning, migration, and testing, while partnering with marketing and product support teams on budget planning and spend reviews. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate financial reports within agreed deadlines. - Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements. - Contribute to a smooth ERP system transition and post‑go‑live alignment. - Collaborate effectively with finance colleagues, auditors, and business partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis. - Compile quarterly and annual statutory accounts; coordinate with external auditors. - Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset register. - Provide financial insight and budget monitoring for marketing and product support functions. - Assist ERP project leads with data cleansing, migration, testing, and training activities. **Required Skills** - Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience. - Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros). - Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable large‑scale ERP systems; Oracle Fusion experience a plus. - Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent). - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in management or financial accounting within a large multinational organization.
