Job Description: **Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop and deliver high‑quality, sustainable software solutions within an Agile team. Participate throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and design to testing, delivery, and continuous improvement—while adhering to best practices and maintaining strong code quality. **Expactations:** - Deliver functional, well‑tested code that meets customer value goals. - Uphold Agile principles and act as a role model for the team. - Continuously improve personal and team engineering practices. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and review C#/.NET software components. - Ensure sufficient automated test coverage in line with the test strategy. - Write maintainable, compliant code aligned with architecture guidelines. - Contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint planning. - Maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation. - Participate in improvement initiatives (e.g., tooling, engineering processes). **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem. - Experience delivering software products across the full SDLC in a team setting. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and values. - Competence with Git version control. - Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to team members. **Desirable Skills:** - WPF and MVVM development. - Front‑end frameworks: Angular or Vue with TypeScript. - Python and YAML scripting. - .NET development on Linux platforms. - CI/CD pipeline creation, especially GitHub Actions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
