Job Description

Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and test reliable software solutions that help customers manufacture sustainably, working through the full product lifecycle within an Agile team. Expactations: Deliver value by writing maintainable, tested, and compliant code; participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and planning; contribute to continuous improvement activities; maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation; support CI/CD pipelines and version control. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and review software in C#/.NET environments. • Ensure sufficient test coverage and adherence to the test strategy. • Drive features from discovery through delivery within the SDLC. • Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with the architecture. • Refine and estimate product backlog items. • Produce and maintain concise, accurate documentation. • Contribute to process improvements and engineering practices. • Integrate with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions. Required Skills: • C# / .NET development (experience delivering/supporting products). • Agile mindset and teamwork. • Version control proficiency (Git). • Strong communication of complex ideas. • Familiarity with WPF/MVVM, Angular or Vue (TypeScript), Python, YAML, .NET on Linux (desirable). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions (desirable).
