Job Description

Job Title: Quote-to-Cash Business Process Architect Role Summary: Design, optimize, and implement end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash (Q2C) processes for a SaaS organization, aligning product, sales, revenue operations, finance, and IT functions. Lead integration of Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite Order Management to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and revenue visibility. Expectations: Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams; deliver measurable process improvements; maintain on‑site presence in Palo Alto three days per week; meet project milestones and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing Q2C workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process enhancements. - Configure and integrate Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite Order Management, ensuring seamless data flow. - Gather requirements from Product, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, and IT; translate them into functional specifications. - Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, governance frameworks, and training materials. - Drive change management initiatives, conduct user training, and support adoption. - Monitor Q2C KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine processes to meet business objectives. Required Skills: - Proven experience designing and improving Q2C processes for tech/SaaS companies. - In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite integration, and NetSuite Order Management. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, NetSuite ERP Consultant) preferred.
