Job title: Marketing Manager, EMEA
Role Summary: Owns and executes EMEA marketing programs and events that generate pipeline, engagement, and revenue. Balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution, collaborating with Sales, SDRs, Partners, and internal marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Expectations: • Deliver high‑impact regional programs that directly link to pipeline and revenue targets. • Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with strong operational discipline. • Maintain cross‑functional alignment and clear communication across Sales, SDRs, Partners, Creative, Content, Digital, and Social Media teams. • Control budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure cost efficiency and brand consistency. • Travel across Europe as needed for key events. • Track, report, and optimize performance metrics (attendance, leads, MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and oversee EMEA marketing programs, field events, executive experiences, partner activities, and webinars.
- Own end‑to‑end event execution—from concept to post‑event follow‑up, including budgeting, vendor selection, venue logistics, swag sourcing, and on‑site coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales/SDRs to craft targeted invites, engagement strategies, and qualification follow‑up.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Digital teams to develop regional campaign assets and event materials.
- Maintain promotional inventory and enforce brand standards across all field initiatives.
- Support pipeline generation by ensuring accurate execution tracking, follow‑up, and performance measurement.
- Amplify regional activity through Social Media and Communications channels.
- Provide marketing operations support and administrative assistance as required.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years B2B, field, or regional marketing experience in enterprise or high‑growth tech.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong budget, vendor, and logistics management capabilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting marketing impact.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and project‑management tools.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
