**Job Title:** Mobile Applications Developer (Flutter/NestJS) – F/M
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for a consumer budgeting platform. Work within an autonomous agile squad, collaborating with product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver new features and sustain existing iOS/Android apps.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on Flutter development.
- Proven experience with backend development using Node.js; NestJS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to propose technical solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, review, deliver, and monitor new features in Flutter (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
- Lead technical decisions, provide guidance to the team, and drive architectural discussions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and effort estimations for product initiatives.
- Own maintenance, support, and operational stability of shipped mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance the DevOps pipeline for mobile builds (CI/CD).
- Contribute to existing Swift and Kotlin codebases, ensuring quality and performance.
- Participate in Mobile tribe activities: knowledge sharing, best‑practice promotion, and cross‑team communication.
**Required Skills:**
- **Frontend:** Flutter, Dart, BLoC, GetIt, Melos, Autoroute, HiveDB, Retrofit/Dio, Firebase.
- **Mobile Native:** Kotlin/Java (Android), Swift/Objective‑C (iOS), Retrofit, Alamofire.
- **Backend:** NestJS (TypeScript), Fastify, TypeORM, Jest, PostgreSQL, Redis, Pulsar, Keycloak.
- **DevOps:** GitLab, Jenkins, Fastlane, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- **Tools:** Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Slack.
- Strong problem‑solving, code review, and unit testing abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Flutter/Dart, AWS, Kubernetes) are a plus but not mandatory.
