Job Description
Job Title: Product Support Intern Role Summary: Assist product support functions across Parts and Service departments, focusing on policy updates, Salesforce and Field Service Lightning reporting, data analysis, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Provide full‑service administrative and project management support while learning sales, service, and parts operations. Expectations: • Full‑time, 40 hrs/week during the summer internship period. • Participate in first‑week onboarding and 10 weeks of hands‑on projects. • Apply coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Sales to real‑world scenarios. • Demonstrate independent work, strong prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail. • Build client relationships and support account retention. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, schedule, and organize resources for departmental objectives. - Manage Field Service Lightning reporting and Salesforce data entry and analytics. - Collect and analyze customer service feedback, audit findings, and productivity metrics. - Maintain accurate records of departmental data, generating summaries and actionable recommendations. - Conduct research on relevant projects, preparing fact summaries for stakeholders. - Promote process efficiency by understanding and improving sales, service, and parts workflows. - Foster and help retain client relationships. - Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Skills: - Independent, self‑directed work ethic with strong prioritization. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Project management and administrative competence. - Clear written and verbal communication; capability to convey information to internal and external audiences. - Familiarity with Salesforce and Field Service Lightning (preferred). - Valid driver’s license. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program (Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation, Sales, or related field). - Completed management/business coursework. - Driver’s license.
