**Technical Project Manager**
**Role Summary:** Coordinates technical projects between business stakeholders, IT, HHA vendors, and external partners to align priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure technical execution. Acts as a strategic facilitator to resolve issues, track progress, and maintain project timelines.
**Expactations:** Minimum 7 years in technology, 3 years in project management; PMP certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects (planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, issue resolution).
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, vendors, stakeholders, and MassHealth to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
- Execute and track JIRA ticketing system (or equivalent), ensuring documentation, prioritization, and timely resolution of requests.
- Develop project updates, dashboards, and metrics to communicate progress, risks, and lessons learned.
- Lead testing processes, validate test plans, and oversee quality assurance activities (e.g., regression testing, release readiness).
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor vendor performance, escalate issues, and coordinate invoicing/approvals.
- Provide strategic guidance on vendor approaches and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, MassHealth).
**Required Skills:**
- Project management experience, including PMP certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives through clear communication.
- Vendor management expertise and knowledge of IT systems/integrations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- PMP certification preferred.
