Key Responsibilities: 1. **Pre‑design & Proposal** – Collaborate with sales and production to identify customer needs, develop solution concepts, and prepare pricing offers. 2. **Design & Technical Documentation** – Create detailed design plans and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with manufacturing constraints. 3. **Prototype & Production Oversight** – Monitor initial production runs, resolve technical issues, and verify quality standards. 4. **Economic Analysis** – Compile cost assessments and economic performance reports for each project. 5. **Continuous Improvement** – Identify and implement lean and process optimization initiatives across production lines. 6. **ERP Product Coding** – Register new products, update specifications, and manage data in the ERP system. 7. **Cross‑functional Collaboration** – Work with workshops, commercial teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills: - Proficiency in CAD/CAM (especially SolidWorks or equivalent). - Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles; training acceptable. - Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. - Basic understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.
