Head of Sales, Corporate Café Solutions
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end sales function for corporate catering and cafeteria solutions, driving new revenue growth, building a national field sales team, and serving as a player‑coach to win 6‑8 figure enterprise logos.
**Expectations**
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, with 8+ years in senior sales leadership.
- Proven record of hiring, developing, and managing high‑performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise deals (ARR $1M–$30M).
- Ability to operate in a high‑growth, mid‑stage startup environment.
- Heavy travel (60‑70%).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute sales strategy and quarterly plans in partnership with finance.
- Own all new revenue generation targets; deliver consistent over‑performance.
- Build and scale a hunter‑focused field sales organization: hiring, coaching, empowerment, and enablement.
- Develop and maintain a playbook, account segmentation, territory carving, quota setting, and compensation design.
- Act as a player‑coach, hunting and closing large corporate accounts across the nation.
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive visibility and performance.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Account Management, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to advocate product roadmap and technology enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- Strong B2B selling and pipeline management, with deep understanding of corporate catering/cafeteria markets.
- Talent acquisition, coaching, and mentorship across front‑line and middle‑management levels.
- Analytical mindset: GTM strategy, metrics, territory and quota design, compensation planning.

**Required Education & Certifications**
