Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of Internal Audit **Role Summary:** Senior leader responsible for delivering independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal controls. Develops and executes a risk‑based audit plan, oversees audit execution, reports to the Audit Committee, and drives a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. **Expactations:** - Provide objective assurance to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. - Align audit activities with the company’s strategic objectives and risk appetite. - Lead and develop a high‑performing internal audit team. - Maintain effective relationships with executive management, board members, external auditors, and regulators. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement an annual risk‑based internal audit plan. - Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of financial, operational, and compliance audits per IIA standards. - Conduct enterprise‑wide risk assessments and recommend control enhancements. - Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and annual audit opinion to the Audit Committee and senior management. - Manage special investigations and advisory projects as directed by management or the board. - Recruit, mentor, and develop audit staff, ensuring appropriate qualifications and skills. - Promote a strong internal control environment and drive continuous improvement in governance processes. **Required Skills:** - Extensive auditing and financial management expertise (10+ years, with senior leadership experience). - In‑depth knowledge of IIA, COSO, and relevant industry regulations. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at preparing reports and presenting to senior leaders and boards. - Proven leadership, people‑management, and influencing capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Professional certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Job Description
**Job Title:** Contractor Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end contractor management for temporary workers across all regions and functions. Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, hiring managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractor legislation, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights to optimize the contractor lifecycle. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3 years of experience managing temporary worker administration (internal or agency). - Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems (HiBob, Greenhouse preferred). - Thorough knowledge of IR35 legislation and contractor classifications. - Strong analytical, communicative, and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Ability to work independently, drive process improvements, and hold parties accountable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main point of contact for all contractor‑related requests and inquiries. - Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, offer alternative arrangements, and advise on best practices. - Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source temporary candidates and negotiate terms and rates. - Assist in drafting and maintaining Master Service Agreements and Preferred Supplier Lists. - Manage the full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, onboarding new contractors, extending assignments, and off‑boarding leavers. - Maintain accurate contractor data, ensuring required documentation is stored in HRIS and ATS for audit and compliance. - Analyse contractor data, generate reports, identify trends, cost drivers, and anomalies. - Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. **Required Skills:** - Administrative and coordination excellence with high attention to detail. - Knowledge of IR35 and contractor classification. - Experience with HRIS (HiBob) and ATS (Greenhouse). - Analytical mindset with continuous improvement focus. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Self‑starter, capable of working with minimal supervision. - Stakeholder management and accountability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
