Job Description: **Job Title:** DevOps Engineer **Role Summary:** DevOps Engineer to manage platform infrastructure, automate operations, and lead team initiatives. Ensures high availability, performance, and security of systems, while driving cloud optimization and DevOps best practices. **Expectations:** - 3+ years in DevOps or related roles - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Practical leadership experience or potential - Experience with agile methodologies - Comfort with mission-critical, large-scale systems **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure platform availability, performance, and security. - Maintain monitoring/alerting systems and respond to incidents. - Automate build, test, deployment, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). - Design CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Promote DevOps practices and security compliance. - Collaborate on vulnerability management and risk mitigation. - Transition to team leadership role as infrastructure scales. **Required Skills:** - DevOps principles and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform). - Cloud platforms (AWS, CloudFlare) and Linux/Unix administration. - Scripting (Python, Bash). - Security best practices and CI/CD pipeline design. - Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
