Uphold confidentiality and data security while delivering high‑quality customer service. **Expectations** - Prompt, professional communication via phone, email, or chat. - Accuracy and compliance in all HR transactions and case documentation. - Adherence to established performance metrics for call handling and case resolution. - Continuous learning of new HR processes and technologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage first‑point of contact for HR inquiries. - Log, track, and close cases in ServiceNow, capturing all necessary details. - Process general employee HR transactions (benefits, leaves, etc.) in line with policy. - Collaborate with HR team and cross‑functional partners to resolve complex issues. - Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication, active listening. - Multi‑tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. - Adaptability to new technology and quick learning of HR systems. - Customer‑service orientation with empathy and professionalism. **Required Education & Certifications** - Associate’s degree or equivalent vocational training (experience may offset). - No licensure or certification required. - Minimum high‑school diploma or GED with four years of relevant customer‑service experience acceptable.
