Job Description: Job title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Owns the full customer lifecycle for UK and European retail and e‑commerce brands, driving seamless onboarding, ongoing success, and expansion. Coordinates data integration, courier setup, and go‑live activities, acts as primary liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams, monitors KPIs, and gathers feedback to influence product roadmap. Expectations: • Deliver 100 % on‑time client onboarding and product adoption. • Maintain high CSAT and reduce churn through proactive issue resolution. • Meet or exceed quarterly upsell and renewal targets. • Provide timely product insights and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage onboarding from data integration to live rollout, ensuring client readiness. • Serve as client advocate, coordinating cross‑functional projects and escalating issues. • Track account KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and recommend optimization actions. • Collect and synthesize customer feedback for product enhancements. • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for new features and services. • Design and implement internal processes that increase scalability and consistency. Required Skills: • Startup experience with fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. • Strong background in logistics, courier, retail or e‑commerce operations. • Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities. • Proactive problem‑solving mindset and high attention to detail. • Effective communication and influence skills, including sales‑oriented persuasion. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
