Job Description: Job Title: Co-Founder Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end technology strategy, beginning with the optimization of a white‑label MVP and progressing to the creation of a scalable SaaS platform. Work directly with the Founder to align technical deliverables with business objectives, evaluate tech stacks, and design secure, AI‑enabled architecture. Expectations: Commit 2–4 hours per week during the early stage, scaling responsibility as product development and funding grow. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee MVP marketplace deployment, ensuring efficient setup, integrations, UX, and analytics. - Define and steer the technical roadmap toward a fully autonomous SaaS product. - Integrate AI‑driven data, matching, and valuation tools into the platform. - Cultivate long‑term technology partnerships and vendor relationships. - Build and manage a small engineering team as the company expands. - Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to synchronize tech initiatives with commercial goals. Required Skills: - Proven experience in SaaS development, data systems, or AI/ML integration. - Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, API design, and platform security. - Strong analytical and architectural design capabilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, hands‑on approach. - Ability to operate lean during early phases and scale operations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML are an advantage.
