**Job Title:**
Ecommerce & Operations Manager – Fine Jewelry
**Role Summary:**
Strategic lead for ecommerce platform performance and day‑to‑day operations, driving revenue growth, site optimization, and smooth sourcing/production logistics for a fine jewelry retailer.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable increases in traffic, conversion, AOV, and ROI.
- Maintain high‑quality vendor relationships and production timelines.
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Ecommerce:*
- Design, build, and continuously optimize the online store (Shopify) to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Implement SEO and onsite search best practices; manage Meta Ads and other paid media initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROI, marketplace rankings).
- Identify optimization opportunities, orchestrate A/B tests, and apply results to improve site metrics.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, marketplace capabilities, and emerging technologies.
*Operations:*
- Manage diamond sourcing requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely stone delivery.
- Oversee production schedules, quality control checks, and coordination among workshops and suppliers.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile memos, invoices, and related documentation with precision.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of hands‑on ecommerce management, preferably in luxury or retail.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify (or equivalent), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion‑optimization techniques.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Luxury Management, or related field (or equivalent experiential qualification).
- GIA education or jewelry industry experience is a plus.
