Job Description
**Job Title:** Vice President, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for integrating HR business partnership with global talent acquisition. Drives workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture across worldwide operations. Reports to the Chief People Officer. **Expectations:** - Align HR and TA strategies with overall business objectives. - Lead a distributed HR team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across multiple countries. - Influence senior leadership on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness. - Champion employer branding, diversity, and employee experience initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with executives to formulate and execute HR strategies, workforce plans, and succession frameworks. - Oversee global HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with local employment laws. - Design and implement a data‑driven global talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience. - Guide change‑management and cultural integration projects, especially during rapid growth or M&A activities. - Manage and develop a team of ~15 HR professionals, building capability for both operational and strategic impact. - Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure consistent corporate people initiatives worldwide. - Drive diversity, inclusion, engagement, and leadership development programs in partnership with talent development leaders. **Required Skills:** - Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change. - Expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. - Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, and data‑driven hiring. - Leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams. - Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills. - Experience with HR technology stacks and analytics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. - Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) preferred.
