Job Title: Associate Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Configure and implement Authorium’s no-code platform for public‑sector customers, translating complex procurement, budgeting, grants, and legislative documents into dynamic, auditable digital workflows. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability while collaborating with Senior SEs and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule. Expactations: - Deliver end‑to‑end configurations that meet client needs and internal quality standards. - Maintain thorough documentation, decision tables, and workflow diagrams for auditability and repeatability. - Communicate risks, issues, and status updates proactively to stakeholders. - Participate in continuous improvement of playbooks, templates, and enablement materials. - Demonstrate growth mindset and readiness to take on expanding SE responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate customer documents and workflows into Authorium configurations, adding approvals, routing logic, data validations, and business rules. - Model current‑state to future‑state processes and maintain clear diagrams, decision tables, and business‑rules matrices. - Proofread, test, and validate configurations end‑to‑end for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and usability. - Troubleshoot issues, triage root causes (content, workflow, data), propose fixes, and document resolution steps. - Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Senior SEs to align on rules, timelines, and shared documentation. - Build and share enablement content (how‑to guides, checklists, playbooks) to elevate team capability. Required Skills: - 1‑2 years of B2B SaaS, software implementation, or process/workflow management experience (or equivalent education/experience). - Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency and comfort with enterprise tools/workflows. - Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation skills. - Technical acumen to interpret and communicate process flows, rules, and dependencies. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; proactive, curious learner. - Familiarity with public‑sector processes (procurement, budgeting, grants, legislative analysis) is a plus. - Experience with no‑code/low‑code platforms or interest in configuration‑as‑code concepts. - Comfort collaborating on integrations with enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, DocuSign, ServiceNow). - Basic JSON/CSV reading, spreadsheet fluency (filters, lookups), and simple flow‑diagramming preferred.
