Job Description
Job title: Sr. Director, Implementation Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of highly configurable SaaS solutions for government and public‑sector clients. Develop scalable implementation frameworks, optimize delivery KPIs, and ensure seamless client experience from kickoff to post‑go‑live support. Expectations: • Build and execute implementation strategy for large‑scale government programs. • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction. • Mentor and grow a high‑performance implementation team. Key Responsibilities: - Design client‑centric implementation models (self‑guided, hybrid, enterprise). - Partner with Sales to refine scoping documents and alignment strategies. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. - Apply PMI/Agile/Waterfall standards to manage projects and UAT programs. - Own implementation KPIs: Time to Value, onboarding success, NPS. - Streamline workflows, create reusable playbooks, and maintain delivery tooling (HubSpot, Jira, Vitally, Zendesk). - Lead change management, enablement, and training initiatives. - Oversee post‑go‑live support and client health metrics. - Coach team toward leadership readiness. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of government contracting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. - Proven experience in large‑scale SaaS implementations for public sector. - Strong project management methodology expertise; PMP preferred. - Excellent collaboration and cross‑functional communication. - Process orientation, technical acumen, and coaching ability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Experience in PE‑backed SaaS organizations is a plus.
